Included in the venue:

Tables, chairs & linens - Basic reception package comes with 8 60" round tables that seat 8-9 people each, table cloths, and 72 padded folding white chairs. We will also provide you with 2 rectangular banquet tables with table cloths that can be used to food, beverages, 1 table for gifts/pictures and 1 smaller round table with cloth for cake.
Set up & take down is included (usually $100 fee)
Sound system use is included - you can plug in your ipod & hire a DJ (usually $100 fee)
Planning meeting - 1 hour meeting to plan the reception
Decoration time - 2 hours before the reception
Reception - 5 hours
